Homestead (Part 1)
A few months ago I purchased a home. It is out in the ranch lands of Florida. Its a quaint country cottage type home swiftly approaching 80 years of age. It needs lots of love. I've been working hard to get things in order and while I have a long way to go I had to stop and pick up my camera and record it. There are times in your life when you wonder things like 'what feel likes home?' or 'what brings me joy?' and well, its the little things I've come to realize. For me the charm of the house and the whimsy in the corners is what makes me smile. Of course I like the light and I love the texture and colors as well.
